Job Overview:
The Brand Executive/ Social Media Handler is responsible for implementing and managing brand strategies and company's social media presence to promote the company's products, services and culture, ensuring consistent brand messaging and enhancing brand equity. The role involves coordinating with internal and external teams, conducting market research, and supporting brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Implementation: Support the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies, ensuring that all brand-related activities align with the company's goals and objectives.
Campaign Management: Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing and social media campaigns, including both digital and traditional media.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand consumer preferences and market trends, providing insights to enhance brand performance.
Event Coordination/Internal Employer Branding: Assist in the planning and execution of engagement calendar and events, along with all branding needs.
Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of brand campaigns, using metrics like brand. awareness, market share, and return on investment (ROI), and provide reports to management.
Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to ensure brand alignment and to support business objectives.
