JOB DESCRIPTION:
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Assist and follow up on the partnerships with media outlets, influencers, and all other relevant brands organizations to amplify AIACA's presence.
2.Assist in Designing content for the monthly newsletter and annual report, ensuring alignment with AIACA's branding and messaging.
3.Create collateral for events, pop-ups, and promotional activities to enhance AIACA's visibility.
4.Manage all social media platforms, develop strategies for organic growth, and ensure consistent posting of relevant content.
5.Ensure compelling content generation and video editing as and when required
6.Maintain and update AIACA's websites with fresh content and design changes as necessary.
7.Work as per the social media calendar, including copywriting and graphics/visuals for regular postings.
8.Assist and Manage platforms like Zoom and provide support in organizing events as and when required
9.Assist in Developing internal communication materials, including presentations, catalogs, and brochures.
Competency/ Skill sets required:
Applicants should be passionate about online and social-media platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Proficient in Video editing software
Proficiency in Graphic design
Should be familiar with current trends and algorithms of each social media platform
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the handicraft sector and/or experience working in the development sector is a plus.
Knowledge about Ad campaigns, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics is preferable
