Job Summary : We are looking for a social media marketing intern who can bring creative ideas to build our brand's online presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage company's social media accounts.
- Collaborate to develop innovative UGC ad concepts.
- Stay updated on trends for creative input.
- Write concise and persuasive 30-second scripts.
- Ensure alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Gather supporting visuals and content.
- Utilise market research and trends.
- Work closely with the creative team.
- Adapt scripts based on feedback.
- Meet project deadlines.
- Handle multiple scripts effectively
- Research and plan strategy for social media campaigns while considering latest trends.
- Develop and publish engaging posts that engage the audience by responding with comments.
- Collaborate with the design team to make sure the images and videos get done on time.
- Schedule social media posts using online schedulers.
- Connect with industry influencers for brand promotion.
Required Skills And Qualification
- Creative thinker
- Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Up to date with latest features social media trends and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Analyze social media analytics to be able to measure performance of the campaigns.
- Understanding of UGC trends and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in scriptwriting tools
- Scriptwriting experience in marketing or digital media
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in marketing or communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including, Word, Excel, Google docs.
- Excellent writing skills
- Flexible and easily adaptable to rapid changes during the process of creating copy content.
- Excellent command in written( English and Hindi) communication skills.
- Should be able to cope in a fast-paced work environment.
Work Timings and Leave Policy
- Monday to Saturday, ( 10 AM - 6PM )
- Office Location: Vasai West, 401202
- Post probation 24 Paid leaves are allowed a year, which includes a compulsory 4-day block leave for self-care.
