Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with RAMS business goals and marketing objectives.
Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging contentbe it images, videos, or written postsacross all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Community Management: Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster positive relationships with followers and industry influencers to strengthen our brand's presence.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite. Make data-driven decisions to optimize content and strategy for better engagement and reach.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Brand Voice: Maintain and develop a consistent brand voice and visual style across all social media platforms, ensuring our messaging is aligned with RAMS identity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure that social media efforts are in sync with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep RAMS at the forefront of digital innovation.
