Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, manage and execute social media vision to drive brand discovery and customer engagement via social media channels and team partnerships
- Maintain deep understanding of social media metrics and data analysis and ownership of data touchpoints.
- Leading creative ideation to deliver innovative, best-in-class campaigns for customers and meets channel growth goals.
- Contributes and presents strategy, learnings and recommendations
- Develops and owns team KPIs for social media strategy to drive results toward business goals for clients over short and long-term.
- Provides thought leadership and guidance for content publishing guidelines, benchmarks, and channel growth strategies
- Creating content calendar to stay top-of-mind for key audiences
- Measure collaboration impact on business and identify levers to improve it
- Assist in implementing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Oversee the creating and implementation of a monthly editorial which included monthly sales objectives and initiatives
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience and in setting social media strategy and content direction. (For B2B and B2C companies)
- Ability to be successful both as an individual contributor and in a team environment
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, social media
- Experience working in the ecommerce industry including a knowledge of current trends and history.
- Demonstrated success in managing social media campaigns and delivering results in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment.
- High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing large scale marketing programs and writing, designing customer-facing content.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others.
- Maintain a calendar of constant social media activity and presence across multiple channels for the brands.
