Job Description

As the Social Content Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, responsible for creating, curating, and managing all published content across our social media platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand our brand voice, and leverage your creativity to captivate our audience while driving brand awareness and community engagement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation and Curation:
    • Develop engaging and shareable content tailored to each social media platform, aligning with the brand s tone and objectives.
    • Curate relevant and trending content to enhance the overall social media presence.
  2. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and implement social media content strategies to support overall marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure content consistency and alignment with brand messaging.
  3. Community Engagement:
    • Foster a sense of community and engagement through active participation in conversations, comments, and messages on social media platforms.
    • Respond to user comments, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or brand initiatives.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  5. Content Calendar Management:
    • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content across all social media channels.
    • Coordinate with other teams to integrate marketing campaigns and product launches into the social media content calendar.
  6. Performance Analytics:
    • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on the performance of social media content.
    • Extract insights and use data to refine and improve future content strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong creative writing and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
