Role Description:
We are in search of a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to produce compelling and informative content across our social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sustainability and adept at using social media to educate and engage audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Content Production: Create and post at least one engaging video reel per day, showcasing our initiatives and the impact of sustainable practices.
- Content Management: Develop and curate content for multiple platforms including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring consistent and high-quality brand messaging.
- Engagement Strategy: Implement and manage a social media strategy that aligns with our organizational goals, designed to increase brand visibility and interactive engagement.
- Performance Analytics: Track and report on social media engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Public Interaction: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments and participating in discussions to foster community growth and positive brand perception.
- On-Camera Presence: Comfortably and professionally represent Sustainology on camera in various videos, contributing to our visual and interactive media efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Any bachelor's degree would be fine
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in content creation and social media management, particularly within technology, sustainability, or related sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and social media management platforms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Personal Characteristics: Strong public speaking skills and comfort with on-camera presentations.
Stipend and Future Opportunities:
- Compensation: A monthly stipend of 12,000.
- Hours Commitment: Expected to dedicate approximately 6 hours per day to content creation and engagement.
