Job Overview:
As the Marketing Strategist at Alyke, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and driving user growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and business objectives. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new users. Identify key target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to engage them.
- Market Research and Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and user behavior. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and refine strategies based on insights.
- Brand Development and Positioning: Define and communicate Alyke's unique value proposition to differentiate us in the social media landscape. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Campaign Development and Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, and influencer marketing. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content and promotional materials.
- Performance Marketing: Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to optimize user acquisition and retention. Utilize data-driven approaches to manage and optimize paid media channels, including PPC, display, social ads, and affiliate marketing. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure efficient allocation of marketing budget and resources.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and agencies to amplify our reach and impact.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess the success of marketing initiatives. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the Marketing Manager and senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, preferably within the social media or tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing concepts.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
