About the Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our online communities, driving engagement through content and influencer collaborations, and ensuring the seamless execution of our social media strategy. If you're passionate about digital marketing, community building, and influencer management, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You Will Be Doing:

Social Media Analytics:

  • Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics across all social platforms to track engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to implement insights for future campaigns and optimize performance.

Community Management:

  • Manage and grow WhatsApp communities, fostering active participation and discussion.
  • Launch and maintain the Instagram subscriber channel, repurposing content for multiple platforms to enhance community engagement.
  • Engage with both online and offline communities, interacting with participants during workshops and events.

Content Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Assist in scheduling content across all social platforms, ensuring timely posting in line with the overall content strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including the design team, to ensure content and templates are ready in advance for upcoming posts.
  • Oversee deadlines and timelines to ensure smooth execution of social media plans.

Influencer Management:

  • Coordinate influencer partnerships, ensuring deliverables align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
  • Manage deadlines and communication with influencers, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of content.

Content Creation:

  • Write compelling short-form copy for social media stories, maintaining consistency with brand tone and voice.
  • Provide on-site campus coverage to create filler content, showcasing real-time events and experiences.
  • Offer support with minor graphic changes, ensuring visual consistency across posts.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management and influencer collaborations.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft concise and engaging content.
  • Basic graphic design skills (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
