Role Overview:
As a Social Media Executive/Associate, you will play a pivotal role in executing and optimizing social media strategies across various platforms for our clients. You will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media marketing, a creative mindset, and a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to meet client objectives and drive engagement.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and cultivate a positive online community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
