Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals to enhance brand visibility and follower engagement across platforms.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the in-house graphic designer to produce engaging and creative content, including posts, images, videos, stories, and reels.
- Current Affairs: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and updates in the industry and general affairs to create relevant and timely content.
- Brand Building: Define and enhance the brand direction, tone, and visual identity across all social media platforms.
- Engagement: Drive follower growth, increase engagement, and improve visibility through creative, meaningful, and shareable content.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns for product launches, company events, and special announcements.
- Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media posts and campaigns, using insights to continuously improve strategy.
- Content Calendar: Create and maintain a social media calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across platforms.
- Social Listening: Monitor social media conversations and trends to identify opportunities for engagement, as well as areas of concern to be addressed.
- Crisis Management: Manage any social media issues or PR crises by taking immediate, professional action.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to ensure social content aligns with broader company initiatives.
- Proficiency in English: Write, edit, and proofread content that reflects the company's brand voice and engages the audience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in many social media platforms
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Proven experience in social media management
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of current affairs and trends in the digital world
- Experience working with design tools or teams
