Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Advisor for the Chat Process. This is a Full-Time, Junior position located in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role demands proficiency in customer service, chat support, and crafting social media communications.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Customer service (Mandatory skill) - Exceptional ability to handle customer queries and concerns effectively through chat.
  • Chat support (Mandatory skill) - Proven track record of managing chat support systems, offering timely and accurate responses.
  • Social Media Communications (Mandatory skill) - Expertise in fostering brand messages and engagement through social media platforms.
  • Social media management - Knowledgeable in managing various social media accounts to maintain brand consistency.
  • Problem-solving - Strong analytical skills to quickly resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
  • Communication skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate responses clearly and persuasively.
  • Social Media Marketing - Experience in creating and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
  • Social Media Optimization (SMO) - Skilled in implementing strategies to improve the visibility and reach of social media content.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time chat support to address customer queries and concerns effectively.
  • Develop and maintain professional and engaging social media communications.
  • Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, ensuring timely updates and responses.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate social media content that aligns with the companys brand and strategy.
  • Analyze customer feedback and social media metrics to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize the social media communication process.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of chat support software and systems.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
