Job Description

  • Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, IT, Cyber, Electronics, or related technical degree.
  • Programming/scripting (Python or PowerShell)
  • Certifications (Must Have)
  • Certification on any Microsoft Product (M365, Defender, Sentinel, DLP)
  • Advanced Security Certification (eg CASP+/GSOM)
  • CISSP
  • IT Audit Framework Certifications
  • Cloud Certifications
  • CCNA/CCNP/CompTIA Network+

  • Good knowledge about Cyber forensics, AML, AI etc.
  • Good knowledge in Information Security policies, procedures, standards, frameworks, best practices, compliance and guidelines

Qualifying Experience

  • Must have overall 8-12 years of experience in Cyber Security Operations Centre
  • 5+ years of experience managing SOC team working with security tools, performing deployment, configuration, maintaining operations
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing cyber security operations function within an organization
  • Minimum of 4+ years of management /leadership (supervisor, tech lead) experience in an operations environment
  • Handson with implementation of Sentinel, Defender and Microsoft products.
  • Knowledge and experience working in 24 7 network and / or security operations centers
  • Demonstrate ability to manage customer projects and portfolios
  • Prior Experience with Presales
  • Experience with Managed Security Services and SOC environment
  • Strong experience in end-to-end setup of soc team and infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management
  • Strong understanding of infrastructures like data centers, networks, and end-user computing
  • Knowledge of cloud security technologies like SOC, DLP, and threat intelligence solutions is essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure while leading multiple teams handling multiple clients.
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to plan and execute to meet core objectives
  • Ability to conduct technical meetings with customers and partners to highlight our products and services
  • Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards and documentation
  • Experience in performing vendor management
  • Excellent Analytical, Problem solving and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire change through effective leadership, communication, planning, and execution.
  • Experience in driving efficiency, handling growth, and delivering results.
  • Strong experience in team management and project management
  • Strong analytical skills to define risk, identify potential threats, and develop action/mitigation plan.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects and assist/advise support engineers in establishing appropriate priorities.
  • Proficient with MS office Excel, Word, PPT
