Role Definition
The successful candidate should have advanced domain knowledge on information security; act as a point of contact for Offshore/Onshore teams and customer to deliver the security services effectively. This position will also be responsible for security incident management, including coordinating all cybersecurity-related investigations and incident response in partnership with the respective stakeholders within Ericsson and/or customer organization and/or 3rd Party Providers.
Key Responsibilities
To ensure effective & efficient delivery of all fulfilment activities for his/her domain.
To ensure Security compliance to KPI and SLA fulfillment.
Problem solving: Must be able to pro-actively analyze problems and determine solutions based on the facts.
Interpersonal skills: Must be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication. Ability to listen to others and exchange information and knowledge clearly and concisely.
Team working: Must be able to work closely with the project team and other internal departments.
To delegate the tasks efficiently within the team to meet SLAs well within the time limits.
Interface with the other organizational entities like Business & Compliance, MSCLT, Service Owner, MSDM etc.
Ability to perform under time constrains depending upon the business requirements.
Interact with Customer's top-level management as and when required.
Attend Management meetings related to Shift Operations activities
Ensure that security responsibility is properly understood and followed.
Ensure compliance and effective reporting of Occupational Health & Security.
Responsible for driving EHS through employee Awareness and Compliance for the responsible unit
Ensure that security is implemented and maintained in accordance with Security and Risk Management directives
Ensure that significant incidents are reported to the security responsible and to other parties concerned and when appropriate escalated senior management
Responsible for IPM goals and Check-in's session for feedback
Responsible to secure that the quality and cost of the services delivered by the SDU are in accordance with the expected levels agreed through WLA for MS Network
Responsible for Contract Transformation & Handover: Operational preparedness for the new contracts / Change request for running contract
Qualifications:
BE/ B.Tech (Telecommunication/ Computer Science)
Industry experience:
3-5 years in Information Security & Line Management, 8 to 12 years experience in IT
Key competencies
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISSP, CRISC, CISM and ITIL certifications will be an advantage
Advanced domain knowledge on information security, security control frameworks and Information Technology
Exposure to organizational certifications like ISO27001, etc.
