May monitor scrap rates and identify potential component waste and report to technician- Uses either a manual, semi-automatic or automatic solder paste stencil machine
Performing quality inspections at each stage to ensure product is built per customer specifications and industry standards
- Inspect soldered boards to detect substandard soldering
Verify PCB identification, program name, conveyor width, solder paste, mistake proofing- Troubleshoot various pieces of equipment
Performs operation, setup, and product changeover
- Knowledgeable of manufacturing instructions
* Occasionally change feeders, splice reels, scan parts
- Understand Panapro for correct part identification
