Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SMT Director. The SMT Director will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) operations, including program management, process improvement, and quality control. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing best practices, ensuring timely production, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field; advanced

degree preferred.

Above 15 years of experience required.

Proven experience in a leadership role within SMT production or electronics

manufacturing.

Strong technical knowledge of SMT processes, equipment, and technologies.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies.

Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple

priorities effectively.
