Job Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, 6 days a week

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as SME Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Officer/Manager. If you have a passion for sales, excellent knowledge of insurance products, and a knack for building strong client relationships, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in insurance products, particularly Marine, Fire, Health, and Property insurance, with a basic understanding of Underwriting and claims.
• Develop and execute innovative product development and marketing strategies.
• Identify and pursue potential corporate clients through research, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their insurance needs promptly.
• Set and achieve monthly targets, implementing measures to meet margin goals.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with key customers, both externally and internally.

Requirements:

• 2-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance industry or brokerage firms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Word documents.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset.
