SME IPO Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a SME IPO Consultant at Acolyte Technologies located in Jaipur. The SME IPO Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), including the planning, preparation, and execution of the IPO process. The consultant will also work closely with clients to assess their financials, evaluate market conditions, and develop strategies for successful IPOs.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in the IPO process
• Strong financial analysis and evaluation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Experience in working with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Certifications such as CFA or CA are a plus
