We're searching for a talented and passionate Cloud Compliance experthaving experience in managing compliance, security, privacy, and risks for Cloud services to join our Service Delivery team, which is responsible for integrating, managing, securing, and supporting Cloud & IT infrastructure for our customers around the world. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies, security protocols, and compliance frameworks. You will work closely with various teams to implement and maintain compliance programs, conduct audits, and mitigate risks.
You will provide expertise in cloud compliance, data privacy, security, and best practices. Your responsibilities will include establishing cloud processes, compliance measures, risk assessments, and control metrics, allowing for real-time monitoring and accurate measurement of risk reduction. You will lead efforts in compliance, security, and risk assessments to identify potential security risks and compliance gaps, ensuring that cloud services comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Job Responsibilities:
Compliance management: Develop, implement, and manage compliance programs and policies for cloud services. Monitor and track global data security and compliance policies, analyze the requirements, and impacts of policies on cloud services we provide to our customers, and work closely with operations team and customer meet compliance requirements. Promote and drive team that cloud services adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Cloud risk assessment and mitigation: Lead risk assessments and control testing for workloads migrating to the cloud to identify potential security risks and compliance gaps. Proactively identify and manage risks across the cloud environment and advise the operations team and customers on identifying and managing cloud security risks.
Policy Development and Implementation: Create and maintain documentation for cloud compliance policies, procedures, and best practices. Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices. Communicate compliance status, issues, and risks to senior management and other stakeholders.
Continuous improvement: Stay updated with the latest developments in cloud compliance, security standards, and regulations. Propose and implement improvements to existing compliance processes and systems.
Stay up to date with industry trends: You will stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in cloud technology, ensuring that the organization is leveraging the latest advancements to improve its cloud infrastructure.
This is a customer-facing role and is ideal for an excellent communicator with a positive outlook and having customer service mindset. You should be ready to work in customer time zone and during off business hours to manage operations.
Work experience:
Ideally you should have 4+ years relevant experience in large scale Cloud operations, having minimum 10 years of industry experience.
