I. Job Summary
Process analyst would work on the various process and sub process. Must accomplish the daily set target with high efficiency and accuracy. Offers process recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiencies and practices.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by department.
Knowledge of MS office and know how about the basic function of MS office.
Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members
Meets or exceeds individual productivity requirements.
Resolves problem invoices with the highest degree of urgency.
Follows standard procedures and introduces all new procedures into daily routine. .
Maintains professional and productive relations and communications with internal customers.
III. Qualifications

A. Education/Experience
Education: Any graduate except B.Tech & BE fresher
Experience: 0 - 5 years of working experience in BPO, KPO from backend support, customer support or operations.
