The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B marketing. This role will involve leading the development and implementation of creative marketing strategies to foster growth and boost brand visibility in the B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Crafting comprehensive B2B marketing strategies in line with overall business goals, target audience, and market trends.
- Campaign Management: Directing the planning, execution, and refinement of integrated marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, events, and other relevant channels.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, and utilizing the findings to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
- Lead Generation: Driving lead generation initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), and partnership programs.
- Content Creation: Collaborating with the content team to create compelling B2B marketing collateral.
- Sales Enablement: Working closely with the sales team to develop tools and resources supporting the sales process, including presentations, product sheets, and customer success stories.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of B2B marketing initiatives and providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
- Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of B2B marketing professionals, offering guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- 6 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Solid grasp of B2B marketing principles, tactics, and best practices.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
