  • Responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of slot machines, may also serve as part of the slot verification process and assist in the handling of the slot fills. Supervise and coordinate activities of slot department workers to provide service to patrons. Handle and settle complaints of players. Verify and pay off jackpots. Reset slot machines after payoffs. Make repairs or adjustments to slot machines or recommend removal of slot machines for repair. Report hazards and enforce safety rules.
  • Answer patrons questions about gaming machine functions and payouts.
  • Patrol assigned areas to ensure that players are following rules and that machines are functioning correctly.
  • Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by an Casino entity.
  • Comply with all Company and departmental policies, procedures and internal controls.
  • Responsible for the repair, maintenance and general operating condition of the slot machines and gaming machines.
  • Making sure that there are No relationships this surveillance officers. eg. (boyfriend girlfriend ,etc)
  • Must be good in mental calculation like addition, substation , multiplication ,division and taking percentage.
  • Should not have sweaty palms
  • Responsible for the machine initial fills.
  • May assist in jackpot payouts and the verification process.
  • Responsible for the installation and removal of slot machines.
  • Maintain player-tracking system.
  • Maintain EZ Pay equipment.
  • Responsible for the slot machine maintenance.
  • Handles floor repair and proper preventative maintenance of all slot machines, including cleaning machines, overhauls, etc.
  • Handles the repair, overhaul, and proper preventative maintenance of all electrical and mechanical slot machines in accordance with gaming regulations.
  • Handles the initial set-up and checkout of new slot machines.
  • Assists the Technician Supervisor in the breakdown, relocation and reset up of machines and stands to be relocated.
  • Assists floor people in verifying jackpots and fills as needed.
  • Assists in ensuring machine integrity when jackpots occur and at other times requested.
  • Maintains current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as property internal controls, policies and procedures.
  • Brings disputes and unusual guest activities to the attention of the shift manager.

Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.

  • Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all team members, by setting positive examples at all times.
  • Creates an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests.
  • Have the ability to work any hours or shifts for possibly the next year or more.
  • May provide training to lesser experienced technicians or trainees.
  • Must be able to work with a complete range of radio frequency, high voltage, mechanical and pallet jacks, hand trucks, electronic diagnostic and repair equipment including Bally Test Equipment, IGT Test Equipment, other diagnostic and repair equipment such as oscilloscopes (signal tracing with A-B comparisons and external trigger), monitor pattern generators, EPROM checker-programmer, Advantage System, all machine testers (troubleshooting major boards to component level) AC and DC supplies (to locate over-current conditions), power supply testers, probes, soldering stations, heat guns, tube rejuvenators, emulator processors and a variety of hand tools.
  • Maintain and develop new skill levels in all functions of current and future technologies for slot equipment
  • Report illegal activity to Security or the appropriate levels of Management
  • Assist Slot Floor personnel when needed and requested by management.
  • Perform software conversions and slot machine moves as directed by management.
  • Presents oneself as a credit to the Company and encourages others to do the same
  • Responsible for coordinating work flow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains parts and electronic components inventory of Bench repair area.
  • Maintaining an acceptable consistent, regular attendance record.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
  • Must know to read speak and write English
  • Should know to speck and understand Hindi if he is Indian or from Nepal.
  • Supervise hard count, stacker pull, loading and unloading of slots machine equipments.
