Job Description

Department: Manufacturing Production

Location: Dahej, Gujarat

Required Education:

ITI, Diploma in Mechanical or any relevant stream

Required Skills:

Over 2 years of experience in manual slitting

Proficient in basic English (read, write, and understand)

In-depth knowledge of slitting operation flow, components, and troubleshooting

Familiar with quality defects, slit measurements, and process improvement

Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality

Stable job history (no change in the last 6 months)

Advantage: Proximity to Gujarat domicile

Advantage: Familiarity with 5S, TPM, OEE methodologies

Recommended Industries:

Flexible film, paper, polymer sheet cutting

Not Recommended Industries:

Auto slitting, metal sheet, BE engineer roles
