Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skin Trainer to join our team. The Skin Trainer will be responsible for providing education, training, and support to individuals interested in skincare, including clients, estheticians, and other professionals in the beauty and skincare industry. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques, along with excellent communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on skincare products, treatments, and techniques for clients, estheticians, and other professionals in the skincare industry.

Develop and implement educational materials, presentations, and resources to support training programs.

• Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and research in skincare to ensure the delivery of accurate and relevant training content.

Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommendations to clients based on their specific needs and concerns.

• Collaborate with product manufacturers and suppliers to stay informed about new products and technologies in the skincare industry.

Offer guidance and support to estheticians and skincare professionals on best practices for client consultations, treatment protocols, and product recommendations.

• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase skincare products and treatments.

Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to highlight skincare products and services.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor while representing the company in training sessions, events, and other public engagements.
