Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and passionate Skills Trainers to join our team. As a Skills Trainer at NatureNurture, you will play a crucial role in empowering educators and enhancing the quality of education in K-12 schools. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions, developing training materials, and supporting teachers in implementing our curriculum effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery:
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for teachers, focusing on the effective implementation of NatureNurture's curriculum.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and instructional techniques, including lectures, hands-on activities, group discussions, and technology-enhanced learning.
  • Facilitate workshops and seminars to develop teachers pedagogical skills, subject knowledge, and classroom management techniques.
  • Adapt training delivery to cater to different learning styles and proficiency levels of teachers, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Curriculum Support:
  • Provide continuous support to schools for the seamless integration of the curriculum, including on-site visits, remote assistance, and follow-up sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers to tailor the curriculum to their specific classroom needs, addressing challenges and providing practical solutions.
  • Offer expert guidance on best practices for lesson planning, instructional strategies, and student assessments to enhance educational outcomes.
  • Material Development:
  • Develop high-quality training materials, such as detailed instructional guides, lesson plans, multimedia presentations, and assessment tools.
  • Customize training resources to address the diverse learning needs of teachers and align with the curriculum objectives.
  • Regularly update training materials to incorporate the latest educational research, technological advancements, and pedagogical trends.
  • Assessment and Feedback:
  • Design and implement evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and participant learning outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement and refine training strategies.
  • Provide constructive feedback to teachers on their implementation of the curriculum, offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Professional Development:
  • Stay current with trends, research, and innovations in education and training.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, conferences, and workshops to enhance your own skills and knowledge.
  • Share insights and new learning with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with instructional leaders, curriculum designers, and school administrators to align training objectives with organizational goals.
  • Engage in regular communication and coordination with colleagues to share best practices and develop cohesive training strategies.
  • Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and collaborative projects aimed at improving educational outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of K-12 curriculum design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire adult learners.
  • Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for training purposes.
  • Flexibility to travel to different locations as required.
