Job description Site Visit (Lead Generation Expert)
Responsibilities
- Visit Construction sites Commercial and Residential House, Flats, Societies, Hotel, Resorts & Banquets etc to generate leads.
- Site visits for generating leads Meet architects / consultants/ Builders & Contractors for product presentation and specification.
- Develop new customers / area & manage existing customers
- Provide necessary reports and information as required by management from time to time.
- Provide necessary help and support to team members from other verticals.
- Should be comfortable to handle and promote a vast product range.
- Responsible for achieving the sales target and to improve the market share.
- Executing business strategy and concepts.
- Communicate customers about any ongoing product schemes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
