Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Site Technician to join our client based at Gurgaon (Haryana). As a Site Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment at client sites. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon with a competitive salary range.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, refrigerators, etc.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with kitchen equipment and provide appropriate solutions
- Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and safety
- Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including equipment specifications, repairs, and replacements
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist in training and guiding junior technicians, when required
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in commercial kitchen equipment
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Site Technician or similar role in the commercial kitchen industry
- In-depth knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and their functions
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy equipment
- Certification or training in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance is a plus
