Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor at Ucon PT Structural System Pvt Ltd located in Anand. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing construction projects, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues that arise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
