Job Summary:The Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing daily on-site operations, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves working closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction or project site.
- Monitor and manage construction schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
Collaborate with quality control and engineers to maintain high-quality work.
- Enforce and promote safety regulations and practices on the site.
Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress.- Communicate effectively with on-site personnel, addressing concerns and resolving issues.
Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and usage of materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation- Prepare daily reports, work logs, and other necessary paperwork and update to the system (Fieldwire) as scheduled.
Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related field.- Proven experience working as site supervisor.
KNOWLEDGE IN ID CONSTRUCTION OR ARCHITECTUREIS COMPULSORY.- Able to start immediately.
Able to work independently
