Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our interior design projects are executed seamlessly from post-production to final delivery. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain open communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Factory Visits for Post-Production:
- Conduct regular visits to our factory to oversee the post-production process.
- Ensure that all elements are manufactured according to the design specifications and meet our quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address any issues that may arise during the manufacturing phase.
- Site Visits and Client Meetings:
- Perform site visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects.
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure that the work is being carried out as per the design plan and quality standards.
- Meet with clients on-site to discuss project details, updates, and address any concerns.
- Hardware Procurement:
- Take responsibility for obtaining the necessary hardware for projects.
- Coordinate with our in-house hardware team to ensure timely delivery and installation of required materials.
- Manage the inventory and ensure that all necessary hardware is available for each project.
- Problem Solving on Site:
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during site visits, ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget.
- Work closely with the project team to troubleshoot and find effective solutions to any challenges.
- Ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
- Client Communication Post-Deal Finalization:
- Establish and maintain open lines of communication with clients once the deal is finalized.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure that clients are kept informed of project progress and any changes that may affect the timeline or budget.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently on-site.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
