Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role as a Site Supervisor at Sai Decors in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and building codes, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, and monitoring project progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of interior designing procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
