Job Summary:The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage all on-site activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and company standards. The role requires effective leadership, coordination, and communication with various vendors to ensure successful project completion.
Project Management:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for the project manager.
Safety and Compliance:- Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
Address any safety concerns promptly and effectively.Quality Control:
Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Inspect and review work to ensure it meets project requirements and industry standards.
Identify and resolve any issues or defects in a timely manner.Coordination and Communication:
Liaise with architects, engineers, and other vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.
Facilitate regular site meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.Resource Management:
Manage the allocation and use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure adequate resources are available to meet project demands.
Coordinate deliveries and storage of materials on-site.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, timesheets, and material usage.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation to the project manager and other relevant parties.
Ensure all documentation is organized and easily accessible for reference.Working Conditions:
Primarily on-site at construction locations.
