Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all safety and quality standards. The Civil Site Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and liaising with project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, conducting regular site inspections.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to review project plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Manage and oversee subcontractors and laborers, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, work progress, and material usage.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports and documentation for project meetings.
• Identify and resolve any site-related challenges or obstacles that may impact project delivery.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
