Job Descriptions: -- Supervise and coordinate construction crews, including subcontractors, to ensure work is completed on schedule and to the required quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and project specifications.- Conduct daily site inspections and document work progress.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure that project objectives and deliverables are met.
- Manage project materials and equipment, including material delivery, inventory control and tracking.
Prepare for permit to work and ensure the site work is done safety and efficiently.- Provide technical support to construction crews, including troubleshooting technical issues and resolving conflicts.
Manage site-related administrative duties, including timekeeping, reports, and documentation.
- Train and mentor junior team members, including apprentices and new hires.
Candidate must at least hold a Diploma in construction management, mechanical and electrical engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in site supervision role.
Strong knowledge of tower construction, installation, and commissioning.- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate construction crews, including subcontractors.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control, and project management best practices.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
Ability to work at heights and in challenging weather conditions.
