Job Title: Site Supervisor (Marble / Granite)
Location: Bahrain
Salary: 220 BD per month
Contract Duration: 2 years (Renewable)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day + Overtime
Accommodation, Medical, and Transportation: Provided by the Company
Food Expenses: To be borne by the Candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to marble and granite installation projects.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the installation team, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure that all marble and granite materials are handled, transported, and installed according to safety regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
- Inspect the site regularly to monitor the progress of work and identify any potential issues or delays.
- Coordinate with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and that all work meets the project specifications.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in marble and granite installation, with a strong understanding of site operations.
- Proven experience in supervising installation teams and managing on-site activities.
- In-depth knowledge of marble and granite materials, their handling, installation techniques, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
