Job Responsibility
- To Attend meetings, site visits and all related work entrusted.
Ability to deal with main contractors and suppliers and internal team(operation).- Able to complete tasks assigned by superiors on time.
Need to monitor & ensure all the construction works to be completed without any delay
- To ensure zero defects for all the construction sites upon completion before handover to operation
Computer literate, preferably Microsoft Excel, Word & Project Posses experience in ID field is preferable.- To follow up with the maintenance works reported by operation team and make sure the issues are settled with the time frame given by superior.
Job Requirements- Minimum 1 year working experience in interior design/construction field.
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Willing to work overtime and possess own transport.
Willing to travel outstations often
