Position Site Supervisor (RCC/Finishing).

Experience - Min 10 Years

Location - Juinagar (Site) Mumbai

Budget - 30 k in hand

Qualification - SSC/HSC/Graduate

Must be from Real Estate/Developer background.

No. of Requirements - 5

A) RCC

To carry out general supervision of ongoing construction work and report immediately to Site Engineer or Project Manager for defects or defective procedures.

To maintain records of departmental labour employed work allotted and output.

To assist Site Engineer in technical checking of ongoing work, preparing departmental labour payment bills.

To assist Site Engineer to workout the requirement of different materials for the work in progress at project site.

To supervise and control the wastage of materials.

To check on the adequacy of curing

To supervise day-to-day civil activities like, concreting, plastering, plumbing, electrical, labour, etc, as per the standards laid down by the company.

To assist in Coordinating with other sites for concrete mixes.

To supervise the overall housekeeping activities for the upkeep of the site/s.

To maintain an up-to-date records of files and registers of materials supplied / collected from the vendors/ suppliers

To assist in preparing and authenticating / checking of bills for payment.

To ensure that safety precautions and safe practices are being observed during the progress of work.

To coordinate with Storekeeper for unloading, re-arranging , stock checking, etc, of the material

To report to the site engineers of the progress of the work on daily basis.

To assist Site Engineer to prepare a daily report on the workout quantities, work completed and material consumption statement.

B) Finishing

To supervise interior works on day-day basis for best finishing work as per standards for all projects.

To ensure quality and timely completion of finishing works.

To carry out value addition for finishes and interior of all projects.

To ensure availability of suitable manpower required to carry out the finishing / interiors works of all projects.

To maintain an inventory of stock, update records of the materials and place order for material required for finishing works.

To report the progress of finishing work on site to the site engineers.

To carry out any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.

To ensure submission of MIS report on monthly basis.
