Description
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in India. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities at the site.
- Ensure construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
- Manage and monitor the performance of subcontractors and other workers on the site.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and report regularly to senior management.
- Ensure all materials and equipment are ordered and delivered to the site on time.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the project.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Familiarity with all safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
