Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor at a company located in Ahmedabad. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They will also be responsible for managing a team of workers, conducting regular site inspections, and maintaining quality standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field (preferred)
