Role Description
GIPL is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor for a full-time on-site position in New Delhi. The Site Supervisor will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of interior and civil construction projects. This role involves daily oversight of construction activities, managing teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining project timelines and quality.

Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee all on-site construction activities for both Interior and Civil projects
- Supervise and manage construction teams, ensuring efficient labour handling
- Monitor project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Maintain quality control by inspecting work and ensuring it meets project specifications
- Facilitate negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in supervising interior and civil construction projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
- Previous experience in the architecture or construction industry is an advantage
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
