Roles and responsibilities

Supervision of the on-going interior work and finishing activities.

Check the quality and Quantity of all material received on site.

Co-ordination between different agencies for smooth working.

Maintain quality of work & control of wastage of material.

Get the maximum output from labour.

Ensuring completion of work as per timeline/budget with adherence of safety standards and no compromise on quality deviation from the designed plan.
