• Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 2-3 years of _hands-on experience in civil construction workcspecially in railway projects _. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

Site Management: Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.Quality Control: Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and efficiently.

• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns immediately.

Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against the project schedule and budget. Report on progress, issues, and delays to project managers and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and workforce hours. Prepare and submit regular site reports to management.Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any construction-related problems or conflicts that arise on-site, coordinating with relevant stakeholders as needed.

• Communication: Act as a primary point of contact between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in civil construction work, with a proven track record of supervising construction sites and managing teams.
