Job Title : Site Supervisor

Job Location : Onsite

Salary : 20000-25000 per month

Roles & Resposibilities :

• Overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site.

Ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.

• Managing construction staff and providing job site leadership and direction.

Inspecting work to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.

• Scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and deliveries.

Communicating project progress to senior management and clients.

Qualification Required:

• A relevant diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, / ITI / B.Tech (Engg)

Proven experience in construction supervision or a similar role in Medical Gas Pipeline Installation Or Modular Operation Theater.

• Familiarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and codes.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving capacity and decision-making prowess.

* Attention to detail and ability to organize efficiently.

• Technical proficiency to read blueprints and technical documents.

Must be willing to travel as this job requires frequent travelling.
