Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and self-disciplined Site Supervisor to oversee our civil building construction site in Calicut. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of experience in managing construction sites, a strong understanding of construction materials and machinery, and the ability to manage the site as per the provided drawings and instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations at the construction site.
Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Manage site logistics, including materials and machinery.- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to site activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in site supervision for civil building construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction materials and machinery.- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Self-disciplined and capable of managing the site independently.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
