Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Supervise and manage construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed according to the plan and specifications.
Team Coordination:
Lead and direct the construction team, including subcontractors, providing clear instructions and ensuring effective collaboration.Quality Control:
Monitor work to ensure it meets the required standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all team members follow safety regulations. Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections.
- Progress Tracking: Maintain daily logs of site activities, including work progress, resource usage, and any issues encountered. Report progress to the Project Manager.
Resource Management:
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on-site, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline.Client Interaction: Communicate with clients as needed to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the project progress.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all site activities, including timesheets, incident reports, and change orders.
