Site specialists(Fieldwork):
- Role of a site specialist is to identify sites where wood furniture work is going on and report them in the Lead management system overseen by the BDE- SE (Business development Executive Site Engagement)
- The Site Specialist would be required to gather and retrieve contractor and Homeowner data from the sites and report them to the BDE-SE with relevant usage details
- Hunt and identify sites where competition products (Brands other than Fevicol) are being used and record all site details. Take help of the BDE-SE to convert the sites from competition to Fevicol.
- Provide information about Fevicol Products and demonstrate their superior quality in front of the customers. Perform Pani Pariksha at all sites wherever they meet contractors/ Home Owners
- When visiting a site where Fevicol is being used, demonstrate and provide information about the premium products within the Fevicol range in order to upgrade the Customer
- Rechecking of sites post conversion by BDE-SEs
