Roles and Responsibilities:Technical Responsibilities:- Production Support: Provide support for production environments, ensuring system availability and reliability. Must have expertise in production debugging.
- Splunk: Write and optimize Splunk queries for log analysis and monitoring to track production health and troubleshoot issues.
- Grafana: Design and create Grafana dashboards to monitor system performance and visualize key metrics for production support.
Communication:- Client Interaction: Must have client-facing experience, ensuring effective communication of issues, resolutions, and status updates.
- Written Skills: Excellent written communication skills for emails and on-channel messages to communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams.
Behavioral Expectations:- Proactive Reporting: Take initiative in identifying potential issues and reporting them in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with offshore teams to ensure the timely completion of tasks and seamless execution of production support activities.
Mandatory Skills:- Splunk: Must have experience in understanding and writing Splunk queries.
- Grafana: Proficient in Grafana for creating and interpreting dashboards.
- Production Support: Must have experience in Production Support roles with strong debugging skills.
