Job Description:

As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our technology infrastructure. You will work closely with software engineers, DevOps, and IT teams to design and implement solutions that improve system availability and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate infrastructure deployment, enhance scalability, and improve reliability.

Responsibilities:

Identify and resolve critical service reliability and performance issues.

Perform root cause analysis of software / API changes and impacts

Develop automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

Implement security best practices and compliance policies.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment of services.

Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or performance bottlenecks.
