Site Quality Manager

* The Company seeks an ADNOCapproved Quality Manager for their Process Plant & Pipeline projects.

* Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Metallurgical/ Production/equivalent discipline from a recognized university.

* Lead Auditor ISO 9001: 2015 / equivalent QMS (IRCA Registered or equivalent QMS).

* 20 years of relevant EPCC experience in onshore Refinery/Petroleum, Oil & Gas facility/Pipeline projects, including live installations. Out of this, specific experience as a QA Manager for a minimum of 5 years in the Oil & Gas Project in the Middle East.

* Adequate years of management experience in the establishment, operation and maintenance of quality management system in accordance with applicable international standard.

* Shall have management skills & ability to lead various disciplines & coordinate with internal/ external stake holders.

* Shall have sound knowledge in quality management requirements for projects with design / engineering, procurement, construction, inspection/testing and commissioning phases.

* Preferably be familiar with practices like Flawless Project Delivery, RFT, Lean management and Technical Integrity Verifications etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Preparation, implementation, monitoring, revision and updating of the Project specific Contract Quality Plan.

* Development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all Contract Specific Procedures and Work Instructions, Quality Control Plans (QCP/ITP).

* Responsible for advising, guiding and motivating project line management on all Quality and verification activities and related technical matters.

* Maintain/Update Project QMS documentation

* Review and Monitoring Sub-Contractor's Quality Systems and quality performance.

* Manage Project Quality records, acceptance certificates, unit/area completion certificates & preparation of Hand over package/ dossiers.

* Liaison with Client representatives on matters related to Quality.

* Auditing - internal and external, and follow up of Corrective Actions (internal & external).

* Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements; resolution of quality problems.

* Review of Vendor's quality documents & track the approval status.
