Roles and responsibilities :- You will be one point contact for coordination with clients, procurement, labour handling, and designers.
Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
Experience of 1+ years in site supervising.- Should have experience in residential interior projects.
The license of a professional engineer is a must.
- Knowledge of design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals, etc.- Project management and supervision skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- English, Hindi & Telugu speaking is a must.
Two-wheeler must.
